We have a 30-day policy for reporting issues with your order, which means you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item if there is a problem.
Because our products are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– Size or color selection errors
– Change of mind
– Sale items or gift cards
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your issue is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
